"This was the best repair contractor service that I and my parents before me have experienced in our combined 38 years in La Casa HOA. I had three eZ Breeze vinyl panels and a permanently fixed screen section damaged in the last two hurricanes. I made a 9 am appointment to drop them off & was advise to come back later that day. They actually repaired it and Audrey called back within the hour. To top that off, she called husband David to see, if he could stop by my house to give an estimate on repairing the damaged screen. By the time I got back ome he wasa already at the curb; gave me a quick written estimate and made the repairs in my front yard while I watched. Total elapsed time for both: 2 1/2 hours
Previous best guesstimate for repairs from an EZ Breeze authorized contractor by phone: $1,500 & 2-3 wks. Total Comfort repairs were less than $250!!!
